What area of Austin are you located in?
We are at the edge of the city limits on the far East side, in a high growth development area very close to Circuit of the Americas (COTA F1 race track), the new Tesla site, Austin Bergstrom Airport, and an easy 15-20 minute drive to the heart of downtown.
Do you allow kids or pets?
Yes! We allow people of all ages, and well mannered pets are welcomed here. We know they bring so much joy! There are plenty of outdoor areas for walking and exploring. A dog park and playground are both included in the amenities to be built. Please see our Pet Policy for more specific details including some restrictions.
How long will construction last?
We opened the "early bird" set of pads ahead of the full resort completion to try to meet the demand of RVers who desire a nice location to stay without yet requiring luxury amenities.
With the nature of large scale construction, especially in Covid times, materials and labor can be a bit hard to predict and completion dates are a moving target. We’re working hard every day! Typical construction times are M-F 8a-5p. We will work hard to minimize disturbances and disruptions in utilities.
Will your rates increase when construction is complete?
We’re offering early bird rates for those that join us in the beginning stages while we continue to build and grow. Rates will adjust as the resort is built out and amenities are added. Check out our Amenities & RV Sites page for current details, and the online booking system always reflects current rates for a selected reservation.
What’s your WiFi like?
We know how important streaming and zoom meetings are. We invested in the best WiFi, fiber optic runs throughout and an upgrade will soon be available for a hardwired connection with private wifi direct to your RV. Blazing fast!
Do you allow long-term monthly stays?
Yes, we do offer many reservation options for your desired length of stay. Short term stays up to 90 days are reservable directly online. For stays 3+months contact us to join the waitlist.
Do you have storage onsite?
Not currently but we do plan to add a storage area in the future.
Will you allow a Tiny Home to be parked on a pad?
Yes, Tiny Homes are allowed so long as they meet the requirements of being wheel/trailer based with quick utility connections, and meet our aesthetic standards.
If you are in the market to purchase a Tiny Home we recommend Volstrukt.
Do you allow Personal Mail or Deliveries?
At this time we are not offering personal mail service. Guests may contact the nearby Post Office to inquire about receiving general delivery mail or a PO Box.
We will accept delivered packages at the Office.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept ACH Bank Transfer, Cash and Credit Card (3% processing fee may apply)
